Vana Hammond
Vana launched her career as a Dallas Police officer in 2004 before serving as a Dallas city attorney. She served as co-chief of staff under Mayor Rawlings, overseeing community relations and the mayor’s signature GrowSouth initiative. In addition to her 20 years of legal and government experience, she is an experienced event producer who has hosted dignitaries including then-President Obama, former President George W. Bush, and then-Vice President Joe Biden. She currently serves as senior legal counsel for AT&T and has received various awards and honors including Dallas Business Journal 2021 "40 Under 40" honoree.
Scott Goldstein
Scott has worked over the past decade in communications and government relations roles, including as co-chief of staff for Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings, and in senior posts for the Dallas Regional Chamber, Downtown Dallas, Inc., and Baylor Scott & White Health. Scott is a 2022 Dallas Business Journal "40 Under 40" honoree and a former award-winning reporter at The Dallas Morning News from 2006-14. His journalism was featured on numerous national programs and networks, including Dateline NBC, CNN, MSNBC, and National Public Radio.
